Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Further details can be found in the table below.
Only valid for orders up to 100 x 60 x 60 cm in size and a maximum weight of 8 kg.
Delivery dates and estimated delivery times will be provided via email after order confirmation.

Your delivery

On the shipping day, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
To track your shipment, please use the Hermes website.
An estimated delivery time will be provided on the day of delivery.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Claims

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If you are not satisfied with its condition or have any concerns, ask the delivery person to note your comments on the delivery receipt.
