What is Klarna and how does it work?
Klarna is a new payment option available at Alza, giving you a secure and fast way to pay for everything you want to buy. It’s up to you whether you use Klarna as an online payment processor or take advantage of one of their delayed payment options. Klarna offers a 30-day payment delay . No matter which method you choose, you’ll be covered by Klarna’s Buyer Protection, and your personal data is carefully safeguarded against misuse.
How do I pay with Klarna?
- Browse and select your products on our e-shop or in the mobile app as usual.
- Add your selected items to the shopping cart, and once you have all the required products in your cart, proceed to the next step to choose your payment method.
- There, select Klarna as your payment method.
- If you choose to pay later, you will have you will have 30 days to complete your payment. You can easily pay the invoice online or via the Klarna mobile app.
- If you wish to return any items, you can mark them in the Klarna app and pause the invoice until your return has been processed. Klarna will update your invoice as soon as we receive the returned goods.

My order wasn’t delivered. What happens to my payment?
Please follow these steps:

Make sure you haven’t missed any delivery notifications from your courier.
2.
Use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery. If your order truly hasn’t arrived, please contact us to resolve any issues.
3.
Once you’ve contacted us, report the problem in the Klarna app or here. Use the “Report a problem” option and select “I haven’t received my delivery.”
4.
