We have been using the chairs for about a month. Every day during working hours on an eight-hour shift. The height of the backrest is relatively stupid to adjust - there are three steps and the fourth one lowers it down again. I thought the chair was broken when I assembled it. I am 183 cm tall and I have it on the highest level. If you shift in the chair and hit the lumbar support with your butt, your back will drop down those three degrees. I adjust it about once a day, for example when I accidentally stretch on a chair. The armrests - they move as they please. Practically, you can't use them for seating comparisons because you move them to all cardinal directions. They're just for putting your hands down. In my opinion, the chair is suitable for a person up to 185 cm in height. I'm on the edge with my 183 cm. We have bought several for the company and they all sit well. In general, it's a good chair.
