I was completely captivated by the watch. They offer a lot for a great price. They have exactly what I've always wanted (and seen in much more expensive models). Answer a call when you can't reach for your phone, reply to a text message - and not just with an auto-response, but directly on the watch keyboard. My fingers are quite strong and I find it quite easy to write messages. Zooming in on fonts is a treat, and playing apps - e.g. for me: calculators is great. Just as cool is the complete customization of the cards used. They are light to wear - they hardly feel on the hand. I don't use the watch for sports, due to my health issues, so I can't judge these features, but for my needs it is absolutely great. Changing straps is also important to me. I'm allergic to silicone and the stretchy nylon straps in different colour combinations and designs offer plenty of variety. I also bought the complete protective cover and it's great.

I haven't tried the Amazfit yet and they were a very pleasant surprise. Seamless connection to the phone, when you move away it connects again just fine. I use the watch in the car and it's more convenient than hands-free. You can add dozens of improvements to the system (except for Brno public transport, everything is in English). The watch system and application is otherwise Czech, the assistant speaks English. Which is okay, at least I'll get to spell words 🙂 . The watch band is terribly short, but I've already ordered another one. I can't really sleep with this, I'm almost bruised by morning. Battery life with AoD on is about three days, which is decent since I use GPS when walking. Too bad the downloadable maps are not very detailed. Especially outside the city, there is no visible road. Just green and brown. The memory could be bigger, too. I've only downloaded a map of the district and there are 87 MB left. Either it's downloading a larger area than I choose, or the memory is low.
