If you're worried about hardness, go for the L size - it's slightly smaller (and of course has less weight capacity), but the seat is noticeably softer.
Robust and well crafted
After 1.5 years of use I am adjusting my rating from 5 to 1*! The seat is so absolutely seeped that you are sitting directly on the fabric-covered structure. The padding shrinks to a few mm after sitting and it is extremely uncomfortable.
We have 4 of these chairs in our office! You sit on 2 of them every day - they are both unusable after a year. The other 2, which are sat on sporadically, are holding so far. But it's crazy disappointing: ( The chair is clearly not made for everyday use, the seat padding was very understated. I would understand if I weighed 150+ kg, but I weigh 100kg and the chair is supposed to be made for 180kg?!
After a few months, the mechanism of turning the armrests gets so "out of shape" that you are afraid to touch it.
When you buy the chair it looks absolutely fantastic and the workmanship seems luxurious, but it soon turns into a cheap piece of junk.
