Quite a decent selection of coffee drinks but what can we say, there could be more: )
The cup holder or drip tray is made of some metal that gets scratched very quickly. The whole dispenser is three parts and easy to clean but 50% of the time the drain from both the coffee and milk outlets clogs the stand. Sure, it's designed to do that, there are holes but in my opinion it should flow directly into the holes and not stay on top. You either have to wipe it all the time or have a cup under the outlets - like we do.
The milk reservoir doesn't look like it's of good quality, like they had it made somewhere in the neighborhood. The top of the reservoir and the reservoir itself don't stick together well and overall it wobbles quite a bit. Then, when one wants to switch to CLEAN after a Cappuccino or Latte, one has to hold the tank itself at the same time, otherwise it tends to get a bit wobbly. To put it simply, the coffee maker and the milk reservoir seem like they are not from the same manufacturer. So far it works, but I am afraid that due to frequent refilling and cleaning, some of the plastic parts will get damaged by fatigue over time. I know it is not a coffee machine for hundreds of thousands but it still costs 15 000Kč+ and I would expect better performance.
It may not be a negative but according to the instructions, if I want to have good quality foam, the milk needs to be properly chilled - straight from the fridge. So you take the reservoir out of the fridge, disconnect the original corner drain, connect the milk reservoir. You make 1-2 coffee drinks at a time and take the reservoir out and put it back in the fridge. A bit uncomfortable for me and definitely shortens the life of the plastic parts.
Maybe the coffee machine could have a slightly bigger tank for beans but on the other hand it forces the user to refill more often and at the same time have fresher coffee than if I put a kilo of beans that will get stale over time. 300g is probably ok, so just a consideration - it depends on your coffee consumption.
