I have to appreciate the grinder, which grinds exactly as much as you set, you can even adjust the coarseness of the grind on it, so you can work very well with how the coffee will taste in the end. Of course, one must first find one's golden path. Good coffee is a combination of the coarseness of the grind, the amount of coffee ground and the temperature of the water. So expect a bit of tweaking at first, but once you've tuned it, you don't have to worry about anything. Then you just press the button and you're done. I was surprised by the large number of accessories that even a professional barista would be ashamed of. Everything feels high quality and robust, which is consistent with what I've associated the DeLonghi brand with for some time. The only thing I would perhaps fault it for is that after making the coffee, it still drips into the cup for a few minutes, so you either have to leave it there for a while or it will drip into your bowl. A single-output lever might also be useful. The one included has two, which is of course standard. But when you have smaller cups, you have to get a good shot so that the coffee doesn't leak next to you. Also, to make an amercano you either have to use a very wide cup and position it so that both the coffee and hot water flow into it, or you have to stand there and move the cup, which is not entirely comfortable. All in all, however, I can highly recommend the coffee machine.
