Maybe a little smaller for my hand, but that will be individual. At first it seemed to slip out of my hand, but I guess it was just habit. Probably the biggest problem I have with the placement of the scroll wheel - when I grab the mouse, I have it somewhere at the level of the second link of the index and middle finger, it would like it at least 0.5cm higher. For someone with a smaller hand it will probably be OK. After 14 days of use I've gotten quite used to it, on the other hand I have a problem with going back to an older conventional mouse (especially in that it has a lower maximum resolution). I bought it in a hurry as an emergency until I can touch more expensive wireless pieces somewhere, or if after 30 years with a normal mouse I will get used to this one. In this respect, it fulfils the function perfectly.
