The print quality of the text is satisfactory (I did not test the photos).
Likewise, the quality of the scan is absolutely sufficient for me. Of course, higher resolution means a slower scan.

Double-sided printing is not such an insurmountable problem as other dissatisfied users mention here. Just pull the paper out, turn it over and put it back in the tray - PERIOD.
I agree with a lot of users' assessment that the software is completely insane. Often it was necessary to reset not only the printer but also the computer. Some error messages I could not find even on the manufacturer's website (for example, error "F"). But the reset has always helped so far.
Start-up is slow. Half a minute after the power is turned on, it is unclear whether the printer starts up or stays off.
The print start (paper loading) is significantly noisier than the actual printing. Sometimes I'm afraid that gears will start flying out of the printer.
