Before I even got the printer up and running, I had to sign up as an Instant Ink client with a monthly fee even though I didn't want the service at all. The HP Smart interface just wouldn't let me in until I did this. First disillusionment. Sometimes the printer says "you are not connected to the internet" and simply refuses to print. Second disillusionment. I have replaced the toners with new originals and the printer is in error mode. Third disillusionment. I guess I'll just send the printer back. I had about 3 HP printers, so I just stuck to the brand, but ku. why don't they just let us print and we have to register and be like ku. always online even if we just need to print one A4.
I'm sorry, but HP is just NOT anymore.
