As far as the product is concerned, everything is without reservation. As far as Alza and delivery is concerned, I have experienced something unreal. It took a month from the first order before I got my computer. I definitely recommend having your PC delivered to the shop! Delivery to Alzabox is a lottery. They cancelled my first order without giving any reason. They said the computer didn't fit in the Alzabox (which is nonsense). After I urged delivery at least to the address, they issued me a new order for the same computer with a 3,000 surcharge. Of course I refused and cancelled the order. I then built the same computer again and cheaper. The second delivery attempt has already succeeded. Even so, they pushed back my delivery date about 4 times due to a full Alzabox.

Transportation to Alzabox is terrible.
Communication between the different departments of Alza is by email and they take 48 hours to reply!

The whole computer came beautifully assembled, clean, precise cable management, nothing moved or rattled. As a bonus, they packed all the excess accessories in the next box - power supply cables, spare brackets, screws, etc., so if I ever change or expand anything, I have everything on hand. If you are not 100% sure about the build, I really recommend paying extra for this service. It's better to be sure than to bend pins on the processor at home or wire something wrong. Amazing service from Alza, from processing the order, setting up the PC with their technicians, to safely shipping the intact goods to the selected drop-off location. All this in just a few days. Monday 7.7. I ordered a PC assembly service. That evening I received an email that the compatibility of my selected components had been verified and they were all on their way to the technicians for assembly (the last piece of RAM requested was in Brno). On Friday 11.7. In the afternoon I received an email that I should expect delivery to the selected AlzaBox in Prague by 9:00 the next day, which is what happened - I received the message on Saturday just before 9:00. The assembled computer was in a box from the case, on top of it was a box from the motherboard with unused cables, original fans, manuals, etc. Both were taped over with intact security tape. The internal components of the computer were protected by a foam padding that was easy to remove before the computer was plugged in. The computer booted up quickly right after plugging in and booting up. One did the basic setup for the pre-installed Windows 11 demo, downloaded Steam and could play happily. Apart from the most necessary drivers, there was no bloatware installed, either from the motherboard manufacturer or some dubious antiviruses. The only mistake I made, and not Alza, was that my old monitor had a DVI connector and the graphics card I chose supported either HDMI or DisplayPort. But again, this was solved by a short visit to the Showroom in Holešovice, Prague 7, where I got a correction on the cable for 130 crowns, which solved the problem caused by my own ignorance: -) I cannot recommend this service more highly to everyone else!
