I bought the headphones primarily for making phone calls in a very noisy office. This expectation was met absolutely 100%. When making a phone call, the other party does not hear any noise from the surroundings, although I myself have trouble concentrating because of the amount of noise. Great is the connection of more devices at the same time - when I listen to music and the phone rings, just fold the microphone and the call is received and connected to the headset. All the pros are ruined by the occasional disconnection of the USB dongle. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a few days and then disconnects after 10 minutes. The dongle reconnects after a few seconds. You need to turn on the sound in Win (unmute). It's very annoying and when making a phone call it totally prevents a smooth call and ruins the positive impression of the headphones. I've had the headphones for about 3 weeks and if it doesn't get better I'm going to claim them.
