Even without any configuration, you will quickly get used to it. I don't miss my previous conventional Logitech M190 with the obligatory USB/Nano receiver. Just right for me, but too small for some.

It doesn't offer a Linux configuration program (DPI settings, button redefinition) where you can only use the basic mouse functions (3 buttons + scroll + forward and back buttons (FW/BW). But I'm used to doing the latter in the browser using mouse gestures anyway.
The program for Windows is about 250 MB, which is pretty bloat ware. I can't install it on my company laptop anyway, so I don't even have to worry about not wanting it.
