This is my/our first experience with this type of brush. The revolutions are very fast, and whoever has problems with gums must count on the fact that occasionally some blood will show up here and there. It has 3 levels of cleaning options which is nice. After almost a year of use, complete satisfaction. We bought as the first electric toothbrush, after experience we would not be afraid to buy one of the higher models that would solve eg. charging time. However, the Oral-B iO 3 is great value for money and I can highly recommend it.

Easy to clean the brush itself (I recommend finding the video tutorial directly from Oral-B).
Longer charging time (according to manual ~16h). We solve it by not discharging the battery completely and preventive charging every few days for a few hours, no problem.
Only one charger is included in the 2-pack, a second charger must be purchased.
The toothbrush has 3 modes, but no indicator of which mode is currently on. However, they can be differentiated by using and looking at the head rotations, so in practice it is rather a small thing.

The head is easy to take off and put on, a little harder to clean. The color pressure sensor is clearly visible, the rotation is intense in all 3 modes, the sound signaling after 30 seconds of cleaning is distinctive, but personally I would welcome the automatic shutdown after 2, resp. 3 minutes of cleaning. Charging on the stand is easy, battery life is decent, but I miss the early discharge signal. I hardly ever use the travel case, but it can fit a small toothpaste in an emergency.
