Some would say price, but, considering what it can do and what a toy it is, it's almost like a smartphone.
In the PHILIPS app, I like the calendar, where you can see when you brushed your teeth, how many times and with what program. maybe I'll enjoy it for a while.
Each smart head has memory and el. the toothbrush remembers the program for each of them individually.
My teeth get quite clogged with plaque during the day, and I honestly haven't seen a single toothbrush that can handle it, I was incredibly surprised at how this model does it.
