We bought the toothbrushes as a replacement for the Oral-B and so far we can't complain. The "sonic" cleaning technology takes some getting used to, as the bristle movements tickle the palate quite a bit; ) Either way, it's survivable and after a few cleanings, you don't think about it anymore. The cleaning quality is good and the durability is good too. Interestingly, the different cleaning modes work for different lengths of time and of course a timer is included so it's easy to know when it's time to move on to the next section.
