I originally had an oral b with a round head and it made my gums hurt a lot. Philips is really gentle and cleans teeth perfectly, I was afraid that after a month I will not touch the toothbrush and return to manual but now I can not imagine brushing without it. Thanks to the toothbrush, I have much less tartar and save money on dental hygiene: )

"glass" with charger
For such an expensive toothbrush, the app is pretty dumb.

Multi-mode option
Design
First complaint after a year of use, replaced with a new piece. Now after another year it is broken again. The head is loose and the pressure sensor no longer works. It is no longer possible to claim.

The brushes really clean your teeth thoroughly, there are several cleaning modes to choose from and everyone can choose which one suits them best. The pack of 2 toothbrushes is cost effective, it just doesn't include the travel cases which have to be purchased. You can see the remaining battery capacity in the app but nowhere on the toothbrush, it just indicates a low battery but you can't see how much % is left.
Excellent cleaning
Long battery life
Different cleaning modes
Large selection of replacement heads
Does not show remaining battery capacity
Does not include travel cases

cleans teeth perfectly, I haven' t found anything better
long battery life, approx. 3 weeks with 2-3x daily cleaning
easily and quickly recharged through the charging glass
the new model of the oral shower is absolutely fantastic, it does not have such a pronounced and sometimes unpleasant water pressure as the previous model and still cleans the interdental spaces perfectly
the travel case is too robust, a smaller cover on the top of the brush would be enough
higher failure rate, I' ve complained about every Sonicare model I' ve had (now I have four), but I' ll keep buying them anyway, hopefully it will break: )

After a year of use, it stopped working. It is no longer possible to complain to Alza. I mean, to be thrown out...

Up to this point I had a rotary toothbrush, but I think the difference in cleaning my teeth is really big
excellent ergonomics, comfortable grip and control, beautiful design
I' ve only had the brush for a while, but my teeth feel cleaner right after the first brush
nothing so far
