I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. The version 2 has a bigger battery and a more efficient chipset, so the battery life is genuinely longer. Readability in the sun is noticeably better because the version 2 has a brighter display (it has 5,000 nits instead of 3,000). It's thinner and has a better-placed sensor, and along with the thinner and more flexible strap, I expect better sleep tracking. The first generation had a problem with this, where parts of my sleep weren't recorded. I'll see if this is better after a few days of testing. The version 2 also has better durability and you can dive with it down to a depth of 40m. The watch is more responsive to control, thanks to the faster chipset. So far, I'm satisfied.

The Ultra2 is great. Easy set-up straight out of the box. I was able to set-up in a few minutes. Has a nice feel, feels nice on the wrist, lighter than the previous version. miss the bezel though. I'm using the watch for running and health tracking, and the new AI feature are really impressive. The greater battery capacity means I no longer need to change setting to conserve power as I was doing previously.

Upgrading from a 5-year-old watch was definitely worth it. After unboxing it, I was like a little kid with a new toy. I was thrilled with how fantastic it looks, and in reality, it's even nicer than in the picture. Switching to the new watch was a matter of a few clicks and took a maximum of 5 minutes, and everything was set up exactly like my old watch, including the watch face. The silicone strap is wide enough. Most importantly, it feels comfortable on my wrist. It has a double fastening. The system is really zippy, which is to be expected from a Samsung flagship. Hopefully, they won't mess it up with some update. The display is absolutely brilliant. It's perfectly readable in direct sunlight with the Always-On Display mode. You can really tell it has 5,000 nits. The sound is excellent for a watch; I listened to music and it sounded really good and clear. Even in a noisier environment, it was perfectly audible. Battery: when I bought it, it was at 86%. That was around 1 p.m. I set everything up, tried out the features and various other bits. I made a few phone calls, listened to music, and at around 11 p.m., the battery had dropped by 25%. In the morning after waking up, it was at 57%. So it's looking good so far, and I don't think I'll have to charge it every day anymore. That was sometimes quite annoying. Sensors? There are really a lot of them. I haven't even had a chance to try them all yet. But I have tried the heart rate and steps. I even got a notification about an elevated heart rate when I managed to get wound up at work. Summary. After one day of use, I'm literally thrilled with the progress that's been made. I'm comparing it to a 5-year-old watch. For my part, I'm glad I switched to this model. Well, since it's a new release, the price is probably a downside. But anyone who buys everything as soon as it comes out will certainly be expecting that.

A huge leap from the old Watch classic 4. I use the watch together with an S25 ultra, including Buds earphones, and so far everything is absolutely fine. The speed of the whole watch system is incomparably faster and I must also praise the perfect readability of the display. With normal use, the battery life is 3 days, which is perfectly sufficient for me.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 has a seriously great display, high-quality build - sapphire/titanium and, thanks to the bigger battery, decent battery life too. Compared to the classic Watch 8 series, however, they are a lot bigger and look quite bulky on my small wrist. The purchase price isn't the lowest, and neither are the original replacement straps.
Bright display
Larger batteries
Straps from the previous version are compatible.
Quality workmanship
The purchase price is a bit high.
Larger dimensions.
The price of the genuine replacement straps.

I previously had the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (2024), so the pros and cons are in relation to that watch.
Higher computing performance (both single-threaded and multi-threaded).
Higher graphics performance.
The chipset is the first in the world to have a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for running AI locally.
Significantly higher battery capacity, which combined with a more efficient chipset means better real-world battery life.
Significantly brighter display.
Flimsy construction.
Longer (five-year) software support (OS upgrades and security updates).
Higher durability (IP69K).
The charging speed could have been a bit higher (although it's not a disaster by any means).
In the next version, I would appreciate a fingerprint reader to prevent visual hacking (as far as I know, no watch has this feature yet). However, I believe that many people would appreciate this feature.

The watch is very attractive at first glance, the build quality is very high and, above all, the display is truly gorgeous. Although they've managed to increase the battery capacity, it's still not on the same level as the Garmin watch I normally use. Compared to, for example, the Apple Watch Ultra, this watch feels a bit more sporty, which is great for the target group, but it's definitely not a watch that would be suitable for every occasion. I recommend trying it on before you buy, especially if you have a smaller wrist or if the weight of the watch is important to you.
The watch has a very nice design.
Compared to other Samsung watches, they have improved battery life.
They are suitable for sporty users, definitely not a watch to wear with a suit.
They have a really gorgeous display, easy to read in the sun.
They have a unique design in general, they definitely catch the eye
The battery life is still below the level of the competition in the sports watch category – e.g. Garmin Fenix.
This is a watch that is only and exclusively for men, and specifically for those with a fairly wide wrist.

The TicWatch Ultra 2 is a great watch with several very strong points – mainly the display, gesture controls, and the wide range of apps thanks to Google Play. At the same time, however, it comes with limitations that may be a drawback for some users. The most frustrating thing is its fixed integration with Samsung services, which cannot be changed. If you have a Samsung phone, the watch makes a lot of sense. If not, it's a good idea to be prepared for some compromises. The TicWatch Ultra 2 is a watch with great potential and many strengths. But if you don't have a Samsung phone, be prepared for the fact that some features won't be as flexible as you might expect. For Samsung users, on the other hand, it's a very good choice – the ecosystem fits in perfectly and they won't be bothered by the button limitations.
Nice appearance and premium design – it looks modern, elegant, and fits very well on the wrist.
Large, high-quality display – excellent readability, beautiful colours, good responsiveness.
A huge number of apps from the Google Play Store – Wear OS really shows its strength here, the options are really broad.
Clever control gestures – the controls are intuitive, fast and pleasant to use.
Strap ergonomics – comfortable, stays in place, also suitable for all-day wear.
The buttons have a limited selection of functions – you can't fully customise them to your liking.
The bottom button is permanently set to Samsung Wallet – and it can't be changed to Google Wallet.
Overall, the watch and the app push you towards the Samsung ecosystem – which is a shame, as it runs on Wear OS.
For the price, they could be faster – they're not exactly slow, but they lack that “wow factor”.
Compared to the TicWatch Pro 4G, the difference is huge – the Ultra 2 offers more features, but at the same time, more limitations that weren't there before.

I've switched from the Samsung Fit 3. I really like the quality of the material and the look. I also tried the first generation in a shop and you can notice several changes straight away. It's lighter and not as wide, which is noticeable at first glance. I also like the significant improvement in performance and new features like sleep apnoea detection, etc. What bothers me most is the battery life. Even though it's considerably better than the previous generation, I still think it could last longer, and it's also missing the bezel, which doesn't bother me much, but it might be a problem for some. Otherwise, I rate the watch very positively overall and I'm happy with it.

The watch replaced my existing Watch 5 PRO model, which until now had the largest battery capacity of any Samsung watch. The new model has taken this battery life two levels further, which was the main reason for my purchase. Another reason was the expanded range of health and fitness metrics tracked. As a bonus, the watch has a really nice design, the display is perfectly readable, the watch doesn't freeze and responds very quickly. Compared to the previous version, there's a significant leap in processor performance. It's very comfortable on the wrist. So far, I'm satisfied in every respect.
