The touch controls are so stupid I turned them off.
The automatic ANC is messed up, so I have the maximum ANC and don't bother.
ANC is really weak. Sometimes I don't even know if it's working..: -) But it works. Listening to the spoken word on the Prague metro is OK. The music doesn't do much good in the noise anymore.
The mode where it acts like an external USB-C soundbar is fine, but you have to turn off BT, otherwise it just charges.
The analog audio is through a 2.5" jack, so it's cable or nothing.
For me, they are less comfortable than my favorite Audio-Technica ATH-M20x.
It doesn't have Pause/Play or volume buttons (a negative, because touch controls suck).
The wind gusts are quite disturbing.

I bought the headphones for a friend and since then there have been nothing but problems with them. I don't know if it's the fact that it has smaller ears or bad firmware, but they know how to turn themselves off as if they weren't on the head. Then the problem is to pair them again after switching on. After the second complaint, I tried them myself (I have bigger ears) and they worked properly for a while. Then I used to have them turn on by themselves or the sound would drop out. For this price, there are far better headphones on the market than, for example, from Sony XM4 (I have tested the ones I bought myself parallel to these and so far 8 months without problems). I would definitely recommend anyone who doesn't want to deal with long claims to avoid this product. In my opinion, the firmware is not mastered enough and I would expect at least something that works as it should for a premium price. I'm sorry from the Sennheiser brand we have a lot of products in the family and this is the first really big disappointment. The problems we found are not unique on reddit in r/sennheiser you can find several threads where the exact same problems are discussed by other customers.
