I returned the headphones and bought Sony WH-1000XM4 instead, which I find better despite some negatives they also have. Someone wrote here that you can't turn off the touch control on the headphones, so in the settings in the app you can turn it off.

I don't care about ANC and other features in headphones, only comfort and sound are important to me. Comfortable Momenta are comfortable enough, but I imagined the sound to be a bit better with headphones this expensive. That's not to say they play badly, they really don't. Just comparing them with Sennheiser Accentum, for which I paid almost 2000, - less, they didn't seem to me that much better.
