I bought it because it was on sale and cost less than a regular, non-vacuumed one. I was a little worried if the vacuum hole would be a source of complications if not used, but it seems not. Several times I had food put into this box in a pub, then carried vertically for several km in a basket on the el. on a scooter, riding on a cobblestone road, crossing train tracks. and there was no leak.
Good tightness
It's glass, so it doesn't wear out like plastic
Unlike Rekrabice, it closes easily
I have several more almost identical boxes, it's easy to get mixed up and the lid can't be closed

The 1500 ml volume is absolutely sufficient even for larger portions of food

there is no pump available and it has to be sucked out with a vacuum cleaner which is impractical and unhygienic.
