The headphones themselves are great, the biggest drawback is that they can't be charged during use. Unfortunately, I use MS Teams quite a bit at my job for calling and these headsets have major issues with that application. They sometimes stop working completely when I make a call, after I wake the computer from sleep mode. It's strange that the other programs are running fine. Maybe it's a problem with my work PC, but unfortunately it's messing up the headphones a lot.
