A great grill and easy to grill any kind of meat, no matter the type or thickness. The first time I tried it, I got confused and had to study the instructions. The intermediate step of heating an empty grill is a bit of a complication, but the result is top notch. I finally had a juicy chicken and yet sufficiently cooked. We also tried the pork steaks, sausages, sausages, sandwiches all delicious.
