We bought as a replacement for a garden grill. I don't care about wood, coal anymore. I didn't want to deal with gas cylinders. I can roast in the wind. And I can use it indoors. We've only had a short time, so far we've tried the waffles and burgers. I have yet to try the roasting pan and BBQ. It's just a pity that they don't also offer cast iron and granite plates, at that price I would probably expect a choice.
