Absolutely breathtaking load times. Assassin's Creed VALHALLA position takes about 3-4 seconds to load. For simple games 0 seconds.
At first glance, a noticeable increase in FPS is visible.
Even at the highest load I don't notice any fan noise

It claims to be able to carry over games from the previous XBOX. but that's bullshit. Speed - I turn on the console and in a few seconds I'm in the game.
Graphics - some games already look great, e.g. Forza Horizon 4, Ori and the Will of the Wisps and more.
Quiet - the console is quiet even when fully loaded.
Controller - good to hold.
Disk size - I have the console primarily for my family - 16 games installed and still half of the capacity left. When 200GB+ games come out, it will be worse (then external drives will hopefully be cheaper), but for now it's totally fine.
Game Pass (purchased separately) - probably the biggest advantage for me.
No true next gen titles that could use the power of the console to its full potential. I'm hoping something will come up within the next year, but I'm guessing towards the end of it.
Searching for titles in Game Pass - I don't understand why there's no normal filter. For example, I want to select games for kids by PEGI + genre, etc. They are gradually improving it, so hopefully with the next update they will fix it.
