I was looking for an inexpensive device that would allow me to count pools swum. In the bracelet you can set the length of the pool (25m, 50m, other), but the reality is quite lacking. Setting the pool length to 25 meters and swimming 50 meters in the pool (my wrong setting), I swam 550 meters in 38 minutes according to the device, and I didn't swim the last 25 meters but went to the locker room (I didn't turn off the recording). During the second swim I had the pool length set correctly at 50 meters and in 38 minutes I swam 1.7 km according to the device (I turned off the recording immediately after the swim). Actually, I swam 1 km each time in the given time, i.e. 20 swimming pools. The assignment of swimming styles is funny - I always swim 50m breaststroke and 50m breaststroke. The device still recognizes breasts quite well, but has assigned a bow tie style to the kraul: -) It is hard to trust other values like heart rate, oxygen consumption etc. I have no way to compare these values with reality and their credibility is at the level of faith or common sense. Quite plausibly shows the bracelet sleep. When I slept well, the record showed better readings than when I slept poorly. But in the morning I always know if I slept well or not, I don't need a bracelet for that: -D For me, despite the description, this fitness bracelet is not suitable for swimming in the pool and I will be returning it.
