I purchased this new TV as I have had a great experience with the Hisense brand; my previous TV was from the same manufacturer from 2020 and still works. Another reason is the fact that Hisense provides quality hardware at a great price and I was intrigued by the 5 year extended warranty offer. The 4K image quality is fantastic, the difference from the older model is obvious at a glance. Other benefits include perfect surround sound, a large selection of pre-installed apps and an intuitive user interface. The VIDAA operating system is very fast (definitely much better than LG's OS, which has a lot of problems), both when running movies and using individual functions. I also appreciate the gaming picture mode that automatically sets itself when you turn on any game console. I have to say that the TV totally exceeded my expectations! Overall, I don't have a single complaint about the Hisense 65E8Q. I can only recommend it!
