The reason for buying this connector in my case was lack of space - the original socket on the motherboard was too close to the graphics card. I confirm previous reviews. One of the connectors (plug) is too narrow. Rather than banging the prototype into it, it is better to clip and file the whole plastic frame so that only the bare pins remain. With this modification, it is already usable. Unfortunately, in the present. at the time I don't see too many alternatives, I only found L type angled connectors.
It will fulfill its purpose if you "finish it at home".
unsuitable "plug" connector, frame too narrow

It could have been better crafted for the money. It doesn't stay plugged in the motherboard and the opposite end of the cable has a narrow hole for the original cable to plug into. I had to cram in a lot of force until the plastic expanded.
It fulfils its function
It doesn't stick in the motherboard and tends to pop out.
The cable connector is narrow

I can confirm the same as Mr Martin wrote before me. The socket breaks when the USB 3 Header cable is plugged in. Moreover, it is quite a problem to get the cable in there at all and it requires a lot of effort and physical strength (and in the end the socket, i.e. the plastic around it, will crack). Fortunately, at least the part that plugs into the motherboard can be connected relatively smoothly.
It works
As part of cable management, it helps to pull the USB 3 header to the other side of the case
It goes into the plate very easily
Bad dimensions of the female
When plugging the USB 3 header from the case, it cracks

when plugging into a motherboard that has a USB 3.0 (port) to bring out to the front panel of the PC case awkwardly on the side, this reduction is a necessity as many PC cases have a USB 3 connector. On the other hand, this reduction is not entirely ingenious - the socket (female) will crack when plugged into such a thicker USB 3.0 connector of the PC case (although it is functional with great care, but it is not quite right).
it works, but you have to be careful not to let it fall apart
Female socket does not fit (seems to be smaller) and after plugging it breaks, however, in the pins it holds (but it is so, so)
