I am very satisfied with the Bosch MUM5 XL72 food processor so far. I especially appreciate the rich accessories that cover a lot of different activities in the kitchen. I have experience with an approx 6 year old MUM5 model, and this one has an extra display for the scale and timer (I would call it more of a stopwatch): The scale works on the entire body of the robot, so not only will it weigh the contents you add to the bowl, but you can put a bowl on your arm and weigh into it. They weigh 5 grams each. On the fly, they don't weigh. The robot's run stopwatch automatically resets after 30 seconds, respectively. then they switch to the scale.
