I have been waiting for these headphones for a long time. They are comfortable, fit precisely on the ears. The design is beautiful, no tchotchkes, no logos, just honest materials. You don't feel like it's plastic that spills when you put it on the table. Compared to Sony's XM5, definitely weaker ANC, but I like the feel, design, sound better than Sony's. Cable for charging via usb-c, also jack. Cables included, charger no longer included. Overall all 4,5 out of 5 but in proportion to the price: performance: quality it's 5 out of 5. If anyone is put off by the price, it's probably the best you can buy in this ratio (I bought it for 6500kč).

After many years of satisfaction with Sennheisers, I was looking for headphones with ANC, bluetooth and good sound quality. I can now compare it to the Sony XM4 which was my first choice. Compared to these, BW are heavier and a bit more robust, but they sound more luxurious. While the XM4s are definitely better suited for wearing outdoors and I wouldn't worry about humidity with them, the WBs are more like headphones you don't want to wear anywhere and worry about. But what was decisive was the convincing sound quality of BW. While the Sony disappointed me somewhat with its somewhat obscured sound (the xm5s are not that much better), with the slightly more expensive BW you can enjoy full quality sound. The mids and highs are beautifully alive while the bass is not left behind. The sound is just more spacious and full for me. With the BW, you won't find controls over the surface of the clamshell like you do with the more intuitive Sony. The slide closure sounds a bit too classic but it's actually fine. The ANC mode switching is not accompanied by such a pleasant female voice as with Sony, but very memorable simple tones. Pausing when removing from the head works well, but I find it less stable compared to the XM4 where the sensor is fully open. With BW, there are occasional interruptions when the head is tilted or when lying down. The two-button volume control is usable, but it takes a while to get your finger right. A bit missing is the ANC quick pause function which Sony solves by intuitively hiding the clamshell by hand. The headphones are less portable, but by not folding them (but just flipping the clamshell) so folding them into the case is actually faster, although the case is slightly larger than Sony's. BW do not have a jack output which can be a complication in some cases, a wired connection is provided by USB-C. Despite the perceived higher weight, they are very comfortable. ANC is weaker than Sony's, but at least it doesn't give me a headache. The app is basically useless apart from setting the deployment sensor or power saving mode, and I don't know why I'm forced to register first. The battery life is maybe shorter than Sony's, the controls are less intuitive in some ways, but acoustically, which is the main thing for me, they're great.

I have had the headphones for a few months now and I have to say that I am very satisfied. First impressions after switching from much cheaper headphones were really great and the detail in the music is really something on a whole different level compared to 1/4 price headphones, which is to be expected. The headphones have great workmanship, no low-quality material can be felt, nothing squeaks, does not whistle, on the contrary, they have a very pleasant feeling. ANC and Transparent mode is perfectly sufficient for me - compared to say Sony ANC, which I find so strong as to be uncomfortable, this is so ideally between good noise blocking and comfort, when used for casual wear at home or commute to work/school. I was buying for my parents to listen to music - so I only have a short personal experience but they are highly praised by the person gifted them - they had not heard better quality music until then. I myself have the Sennheiser Momentum 3 - I prefer the sound of the Sennheiser Momentum 3 (I found it fuller) but the comfort was much higher with the B&W. However, I can confidently say that I would happily own these headphones as well.The only thing that puzzled me with a brand like B&W is their app, which was somewhat "empty". Missing were profiles for different genres of music or an assistant with Equalizer. Sennheiser has for example also "High-end Tuning" which really helps the headphones to open up the "sound stage". I think these are great headphones - sound pleasant - extremely comfortable - design-wise - I recommend them
