I've had my coffee maker for two years now and after a few months I stopped using the milk system. Unfortunately, when the milk is drawn, some water returns to the milk container before the end. Thus, if a person pours a large quantity of milk into a container, despite being stored in the refrigerator, it will spoil within a few days. I'm terribly sorry in this regard that there is no option to purchase an accessory (even 3rd party) that will bring the nozzle out of that spot and produce steam (I suppose there may be a hardware limit) so that one can whip the milk themselves. The first coffee machine broke after about five days (the grinder), but thanks to Alza Premium I received a new coffee machine immediately and did not have to wait 30 days for a claim. If I didn't have Alza Premium, I'd probably be pretty pissed: D
