An absolutely excellent headlamp. The advantage is high performance and a large number of possible combinations of both lights. It will satisfy the needs of only orientation lighting that does not dazzle, as well as strong lighting in the case of searching for lost things, or people at night. I used the headlamp at summer camp and it worked great.
I haven' t noticed any yet.

Quality workmanship.
Good endurance and light output.
A small caveat - it is already a relatively heavier headlamp and all the weight is in the front - it is not "balanced" by the battery pack on the back of the head. IF you put it on a bike helmet, you may already be quite aware of its weight.
None - what the manufacturer promises, it delivers.

Shines perfectly
Shines a lot even on the weakest and medium mode
Long battery life
At maximum power, it really lasts a while
After using the maximum power for a while, the intensity of the light fades

The material of the headlamp and the overall workmanship is top notch
Light weight even with battery
Two different spotlights: wide and narrow cones and the possibility to combine them freely
Very pleasant light temperature compared to other headlamps
Option to remove the headband, purchase a helmet mount, option to adjust the head strap by removing the top strap
More than sufficient light output
USB-C charging connector
In a nutshell: I'm excited about the headlamp. In this price range, it's the best I've found
Nothing fundamentally: Warming up of the headlamp at maximum power, but nothing extreme
Gentle gradual decrease in power due to battery life, but one practically doesn't even notice it
