I have been using glasses for two years. I was expecting my sleep to improve, but after these two years I have not seen any improvement caused by glasses. I slept the same way when I was using the glasses or not, it didn't matter because they are absolutely useless at blocking light anyway. Each pair of blue light goggles will be mostly made of plastic - so their manufacturing cost is very low and I don't like that the Gunnar brand tries to present blue light goggles as a luxury and expensive item, while you can buy more effective goggles for 300 CZK from Czech shops.

The first day was really interesting - I only tried them in the afternoon session and already after two hours I felt as if I had put some kind of soothing balm on my eyes.
