I have been using glasses for two years. I was expecting my sleep to improve, but after these two years I have not seen any improvement caused by glasses. I slept the same way when I was using the glasses or not, it didn't matter because they are absolutely useless at blocking light anyway.
Each pair of blue light goggles will be mostly made of plastic - so their manufacturing cost is very low and I don't like that the Gunnar brand tries to present blue light goggles as a luxury and expensive item, while you can buy more effective goggles for 300 CZK from Czech shops.

The first day was really interesting - I only tried them in the afternoon session and already after two hours I felt as if I had put some kind of soothing balm on my eyes. The next day I rode almost entirely with them and the unpleasant itching of my eyes, which has been bothering me for months, significantly decreased. I slept much better at night, didn' t feel as broken as usual, and I' m still functioning as well physically. On the third day I made sure not to look at the displays without the glasses and I can say that the itching is gone, my eyes are happy and I' m almost kicking myself for not getting them sooner. I looked at Gunnary min. 3 years. It' s worth it, the difference in comfort for prolonged sitting is heaven and bagpipes; -)
