The temperature of the frothed milk depends on the amount; if there's more milk (within the limit of the marker line), the milk's temperature is only around 35°C, which is far too low for me.
If I don't turn it off early, the milk is frothed so much that after pouring, there's barely a fifth of it in the latte glass. The rest is a thick foam which, although it looks good, is undrinkable, so I pour it away, or rather, I scoop it out with a spoon and throw it away. I've had the frother for half a year, use it about 5x a day, and I still haven't managed to figure out the moment when the foam is perfect.
