I switched from the old Watch4 Classic where the battery life and the cost to replace it was no longer worth keeping. We ordered the watch blindly, I was a little worried about the size, since I don' t have a bodybuilder' s wrist, but after trying it on, my worries were not fulfilled (wrist circumference 19 cm) and it fits well. Compared to the Watch7, which without the rotating bezel looks more like a women' s watch to me, the Ultra is massive, simulating the bezel at least to the eye. As I wrote above, the absence of a bezel is a minus for me, but after the experience with the Watch4 and the desert dust, I understand the decision to leave it out. Durability during very active use (GPS and navigation in the watch) is not quite breathtaking, but it is definitely better than previous generations - if someone is looking for a purely outdoor watch for long treks, they will probably go to another brand - but for all-round use with some kind of step tracking, sleep, etc., as a complement to the suit (although it definitely does not replace the style, e. g. Citizen ATTESA) the Ultras are fully sufficient. I' m honestly not sure if I' d be willing to pay full price for the watch, but combined with all the discounts, about 10K is justifiable.
