The mobile phone is great in terms of equipment, but the reliability is worse. The original Samsung cover is only for the back of the phone. The picture is great, almost no folding on the inner screen. Complaints take a long time, in my opinion this is because it is a new model and there are no spare parts available - but this is only a supposition, I have asked about this several times, but it has never been confirmed or refuted. If the customer service improves, I will adjust the review to reflect reality. I certainly don't blame it on Alza alone, there may be a fault in the authorized service, however, the experience with the authorized service with the FOLD 6 mobile is good.

I bought the Galaxy Z Fold7 as a replacement for my outdated Galaxy Note9, which I use every day for work. The only flaw was the lower quality photos, but I counted on that at the time, a big plus for me was the ability to display 2 applications on the display and control with a touch pen, which I was used to from the PDA days. I was deciding between the Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Fold7, and in the end the Z Fold7 won out because I wanted to try something new. The Galaxy Z Fold7 takes my daily workflow to new dimensions with its two displays, and I work daily with large spreadsheets that are a joy to scroll through on the internal display. The external display of the Z Fold7 is a little narrower compared to the Note9, but much taller. In the past I tried using a tablet for work, the downside was that I didn't always have it with me, it was quite large even though it only had an 8 inch screen, and the weight was somewhere else compared to a phone. I expected compactness and versatility from the Z Fold7, and that's exactly what it is. So far, the only flaws are the lack of a smart pen socket (but I believe that you can live without it, the pen is fine, but I did not take it in my hand every day), the lack of headphone output (there is no headphone output because of the thin dimensions after unfolding), the lack of an adapter in the package (the current trend where manufacturers do not give an adapter to a new phone under the guise of environmental motives is just weird), and the protruding camera lens, which I have been worried about since I took the phone out of the box. Among the pluses, I personally count a large internal display, photos in really high quality, AI features (which I look forward to making my work easier), and the latest version of the operating system, which inherently belongs to flagships. I just hope I don't smash the phone and that the internal display can withstand frequent use and doesn't crack, these are the only two concerns I have at the moment.
