It works well, but about half of the air vent is blocked off. It is satisfactory to use when the temperature is under 30°C. However, I tried using it when it was over 30°C, and even with ice water, you have to be right in front of the airflow to feel cool. It absolutely does not cool down the entire room; it only cools the exact area the wind hits. It performs similarly to a regular fan, or maybe better. You definitely shouldn't expect it to act like an air conditioner, but despite that, I am still very satisfied with it.
