So I ordered a new ring, but there was an epoxy layer with many bubbles in the sensor area, probably even slightly cracked - I returned the item due to poor quality. It is only with the third piece that I am satisfied in terms of quality. So I recommend to check the ring thoroughly after purchase and not to be afraid to exchange it, I rate Alza on this one.
