Same yellow lock and open wheel on the phone. It would need 3 symbols indicating what it should do (open fully, just unlock and lock) with the state it is currently in indicated.

The Android app is one big underachievement (buttons on notifications don't work), doesn't connect to the lock without stopping when changing the network (access via proxy and without), sometimes gets stuck waiting for the door to close even though the sensor detects the door is closed, has a big impact on the phone's battery life, doesn't work with WearOS watches, sometimes takes a long time to connect to the lock,. The app is distinctly lacking a "manual auto-unlock" mode. I.e. the possibility to disable the automatic (battery-guzzling) and activate the unlocking of the lock by widget or on the watch as soon as it is in range of the phone (e.g. in the elevator). Adjustable proximity levels for automatic unlocking would also be quite useful (if you go on public transport and move far enough away from the apartment and then drive past, the app starts unlocking (looks for the lock, eats battery, ends up with an error). Yale Dots have only one function - if locked, open the door, if not locked, lock it. But if you're walking around with, say, the garbage, you can't tap on Dot to open the door without locking it first and then unlocking and opening it again. It would be great if an event for Yale Dot could be chosen. A colleague has the same lock with iOS and doesn't complain and was showing me the Apple Watch integration as well.
