Can I purchase the service retroactively?
- The service can only be purchased on or before the date the order is placed.
Can I unpack and test the product?
- Yes, but only for products that do not fall into the personal care and hygiene category (e.g., shavers, epilators, toothbrushes, etc.). These must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Can I return a product if it is damaged?
- Yes, we may offer to buy back the product at a reduced price in the form of a store credit.
When does the return period begin?
- The period begins on the date of delivery and lasts for 60 calendar days.
How long do I have to cancel the contract?
- You can cancel the service within 14 days after collecting the product.
How can I use the 60-day return option?
- You can submit a request online via My Alza and return the item by courier. In Vienna, you can also bring the product to one of our stores.
