For which products can I purchase the service?
- The service is available for smartphones, tablets, computers, and routers, regardless of brand or model.
How long does the setup take?
- If the item is picked up at our headquarters in Holešovice, the service is usually completed shortly after pickup. If you pick up your order at another store, via AlzaBox, or if it is delivered by courier, the delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 days.
What does the service include?
- It includes the setup of basic functions and the installation of a few additional applications, such as games or photo editing tools.
Will I be reimbursed for the setup if I lose the device (e.g. credit settlement)?
- If a manufacturing defect appears shortly after purchase, the service fee will be refunded. If your device is replaced with a new one, the setup service is free of charge.
Will the printer be fully calibrated upon delivery?
- Unfortunately, calibration may not be accurate after transport, so the printer may need to be recalibrated on-site.
How is a pre-assembled printer securely shipped?
- We pack the printer in a reinforced box with bubble wrap and self-inflating padding to ensure safe delivery.
What should I do if I cannot see my licence?
- Please contact our call center for guidance on how to proceed.
How do I activate the service?
- The service is activated by registering in the library of purchased licences and displaying the licence code.
