I bought the monitor mainly because of its 165 Hz refresh rate. I wanted to upgrade from 60Hz and in that respect it fulfilled its purpose very well. Another advantage is its beautiful colours, although you need to adjust the monitor appropriately. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the whole base. On the other hand, it must be added that due to its robustness it does not fit well against the wall and takes up quite a lot of space on the table. Probably its biggest drawbacks are that the plugged cables peek out from under the monitor and the RGB backlight is almost useless.
