I use this as my main monitor alongside a 27" one in portrait mode and I'm very happy with it. For the money, it's got superb colours, good resolution, I've locked the frequency to 120Hz to have the same on both monitors, and the G-Sync compatibility is a welcome bonus. Any negatives like poorer viewing angles and some backlight 'bleed' in very dark scenes are a natural characteristic of cheaper VA panels. I can highly recommend it if you're looking for a good, cheap monitor for games/films and you know you won't be watching it from an angle on the sofa, but rather have it directly in front of you. Oh, and bear in mind that a 32" monitor has some weight to it. I'll probably have to buy new monitor arms because, together with the 27" one, I'm right at the weight limit. The only negative is the button layout. Instead of a practical joystick, the buttons are next to each other underneath the frame and I often accidentally turn the monitor off instead of opening the menu.
Rich colour coverage
Decent resolution
180Hz is more than enough
The curve is definitely an advantage on such a large monitor.
The price tag for all that is absurd. I bought it on sale for 4,000.
After the first year of use, not a single fault and no visible downsides.
Some might find QHD on a 32" display insufficient
Some people might be annoyed by the slightly uneven backlighting when the scene is very dark or completely black
The colours are oversaturated. It looks nice for games and films, but it's impractical for editors.
It's a VA panel, so viewing angles are non-existent. That's a characteristic of the technology.
The control buttons are a shame. I've accidentally turned off the monitor so many times instead of opening the menu.

It's not perfect, but it's not nothing. It's very good in this price range. So if you are looking for a price/performance ratio of about 5000-5500, this is a very good choice.
No ghosting
Super colours and brightness, but it needs some fiddling with
Possibility to save your own profiles
If you prefer the menu in English, there is
There are a lot of options in the menu that you'll never use, but may come in handy
180 Hz is immediately recognizable
1440p absolutely sufficient
3 inputs are always useful
The sag is ideal for comfortable use - you don't have to be against the centre and it pulls you in more
Light backlight bleeding, but if you don't have a completely black image for a long time, you won't even notice it
HDR is unusable in practice - cannot be set so that the image is not without contrast (greyed out)
I don't have experience with the included stand, I use the arms, but it's so to be - you can't adjust the height and tilt

Maybe I'm just unlucky for a piece. I don't have the energy to give it back.
Price
Almost all over the backlight bleeding even at low brightness. White spots on black background.
It's very shiny during the day.
Settings are often reset
