I don't know what to say: ALZA gives false information about this TV. The TV only has 8 bit color depth instead of 10 bit (16.7 million colors instead of about 1 billion), so it's not a full Qled TV-Quantum Dot is not fully utilized. In the context of 8 bits, the TV doesn't even have HDR. All this confirmed by the manufacturer. Despite his alleged intervention, ALZA provides incorrect data and continues to deliberately mislead the customer (I have warned Alza about this myself). Most people won't even notice (the picture looks very good -this is where Thomson did a good job with optimization) until they want to use HDR on streaming services (Netlix, Disney+, You tube, etc. )- There is no image enhancement using HDR format.
