In the manual it is written that to insert the battery, you need to nail the cover and carefully pull it off. For perhaps an hour, the whole family tried to gently pull him down until I angrily simply lifted him by force, not by pulling. I understand that the phone is probably made somewhere in Asia, but I feel that the design and instructions should be done by sane and educated people. The same anabasis occurred with the sim card. The manual says that the position of the sim card is marked with the word sim. That's it in a 50 page manual (200 pages in total in all languages). Since the author of the manual is lazy, he didn't bother to mention the size, the position of the sim (two can be inserted and it is not clearly visible how) and whether a reduction is needed - one picture would have been enough. So I spent more time trying to insert the sim before I found out how/size according to youtube. And this is the spirit of the product. I can't imagine how this is supposed to be accessible to the elderly, often with poor eyesight. All wrong from the start. Ambiguous, unclear, unnecessarily complicated. Yes, it's a cheap phone with buttons. But that it should be considered suitable for the elderly? I don't think so.
