I appreciate the effort that Alza offers an edition of slightly better drinkable coffees, not just those over-roasted mainstream noname (meaning noname coffee bean) kilos of coffee that are mostly only good as "cocoa" (people pour milk into it to actually make it drinkable).

So I guess it's a bit of a lottery how old the coffee gets. I was lucky. In coffee shops, coffee shops give a roasting date that isn't just there for the heck of it.
for the same price (or the addition of fifty crowns) I can buy many times better coffee in a local roastery or in specialized coffee eshops.
