TL; DR: Unusable for a display weighing 7 kg. Unlike the others, I had no problem at all with mounting it on the table, nor with adjusting the piston stiffness. But when I hung the monitor, which weighs about 7 kg, on the bracket, the whole thing twisted within a few hours so that the joints rotating around the Z-axis are crossed and completely immobile. The holder can hardly be moved at all. I'm more likely to move the whole table before the joints of the holder move. The X-axis swivel joint, which should be rigid to hold the display upright, is completely smooth and also lacquered. Even though I tightened the screw so that the sheets bend, the monitor tilts and "droops" even with a light touch. Ironically, the only thing that works is the height adjustment above the table, which is the one thing people complain about the most here.
For really light monitors, probably functional
