I have mixed feelings about this chair. I sit on it for about twelve hours a day and after the first fortnight? Honestly, I hate her. The problem is that it's quite possible that I'm to blame for my newfound back pain. My body just needs to get used to it - just like I'm still learning to sit properly and not like a crash-test dummy after retirement. Objectively, I see the main problem in the small range of adjustable positions. The key culprit is the lumbar support, which cannot be adjusted. So if you want to avoid pain, you have no choice but to sit "textbook correct". The first week I was also annoyed by the hard armrests - but I eventually got used to them. Not to be critical: The chair was epically easy to assemble and the overall craftsmanship feels sturdy. However, not everything is ideal here either - most of the construction is metal, which only accentuates the plastic parts that look cheaper.

I'm smaller in stature (156cm) and the chair is perfect, one of the few times I actually have a lumbar support! We have been using the chairs for about a month. Every day during working hours on an eight-hour shift. Practically, you can't use them for seating comparisons because you move them to all cardinal directions. They're just for putting your hands down. In my opinion, the chair is suitable for a person up to 185 cm in height. I'm on the edge with my 183 cm. We have bought several for the company and they all sit well. In general, it's a good chair.
