Charges simultaneously and quickly
the usb-c port is crap, it doesn't fit tightly at all and falls out when moving slightly, sometimes it doesn't charge as it sits there easily, here Alza should specify other manufacturing parameters to make it sit more tightly

Although I am generally happy with AlzaPower products, this really doesn't work and I am returning the product, I should have believed the reviews and not even ordered it. Naively, I thought it might be a corrected/improved version.
USB-C connector is recessed deep, most cables fall out of it
USB-A connector sometimes charges, sometimes not
I have not yet managed to get both connectors to charge

The adapter that apparently doesn't work with USB-C is still on sale. This obviously didn't work out for Alza. I complained and my money was refunded without any information as to what it was. So I'm not buying this one anymore.
still the same problem as previous reviews - bad connector on USB-C. the cable keeps dropping out and not charging. Complained and refunded without any information.
Why is it still on sale?
